1. Eligibility & Use

1.1 The STAMPR Card is available to active subscribers only.

1.2 The Card is for personal use only and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the registered subscriber.

1.3 The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.

2. Earning Stamps

2.1 Stamps are issued only for eligible coffee-related drink purchases at participating STAMPR cafés.

2.2 One stamp is awarded per qualifying drink purchased.

2.3 Coffee-related drinks are defined as any drink prepared using a shot of coffee from a coffee machine, including but not limited to: Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Macchiato, Flat White, Cortado, Breve, Chai, and Hot Chocolate.

2.4 Stamps cannot be earned on:

- Non-coffee-related drinks, food, or retail items.

- Purchases made with discounts, vouchers, or free reward drinks.

3. Redeeming Rewards

3.1 A free coffee-related drink reward is issued once 9 stamps are collected.

3.2 Rewards can be redeemed at any participating STAMPR café.

3.3 Rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash.

3.4 Any additional cost for drinks exceeding the value of the reward must be paid by the customer.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

- Using another person’s card.

- Allowing another person to use your card.

- Attempting to claim stamps for purchases not made.

- Manipulating the system to gain unearned stamps or rewards.

4.2 STAMPR reserves the right to cancel a customer’s subscription and void stamps/rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

5.1 The STAMPR subscription is charged at $4.99 per month.

5.2 Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

5.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing admin@stampr.com.au and will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

6. Changes & Termination

6.1 STAMPR reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

6.2 STAMPR may suspend or terminate the program at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

6.3 In the event of termination, all unused stamps and rewards will be forfeited.

7. Liability

7.1 STAMPR is not liable for loss, theft, or unauthorised use of your card or subscription.

7.2 Participating cafés are independent businesses; STAMPR is not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of drinks purchased.
